Because many Standard cars don't have new-car values how about a list to include all the new black-listed cars. Please don't post unless you've tried to send and have confirmed that the car is blacklisted. No reason we can't include the Premium cars too, though.
The list is now pretty mature, so here it is : the 10% of GT5 cars that are deemed so dangerous by the PD Gestapo that they can no longer be traded.
