Released in 1975 using a Cosworth BDE, it was updated in 1979 with the 2.0l BDG aluminum block motor producing up to 250bhp and driven through a ZF 5 speed manual with straight cut gears.

Went on to win the 1979 World Rally Championship and was the last 2WD car to do so (1981). Legendary

Not the same car ;)
All RS2000 had a 2.0 SOHC Pinto motor, 4 speed manual & the quad headlight FRP nosecone.
I didn't say that it was the same car. Like the other said you must have more info and pictures of the car you suggest

Where does it say that I have to post anything more than I already included? Where does it say I have to post a pic?

At least I posted using the correct format! Not the endless posts of people that can't read the OP & start with a year. :banghead: I searched alphabetically & that's good enough for me.
I've had a suggestion locked in favor of one that starts with a year! 🤬

You don't have to, but you're strongly encouraged.

Enjoy this video of Jari-Matti Latvala driving an RS1800 exactly as they should be.
Turn up the volume & listen to that little BDA scream.
