That is a 0 milage car that cost 1 million so it's untradeable. Mine is a couple thousand less making it tradeable.

Your car is used, no question. But the gifting process doesn't take that into account. The new car price for the Ford GT '02 is over 1 million. So you can't trade it. If you don't believe us then try and send it. Just because a menu pops up, it doesn't mean you will be allowed to gift that same car when you click 'give to friend'

^ The menu will pop up when you go to give the car to a friend but you have to select someones name and then it'll tell you that the car cannot be sent.

Yeah it's not fair, but you could trade for a 2002 birthday ticket and try to get the car that way. The 1 million limit may be lifted one day if we're lucky.... but until then just farm some tickets.
