The Ford GT does look pretty plain, and especially in white (without stripes, that is). Even the Bullet in GTA: San Andreas (which looks very close to the Ford GT) looked better with stripes. When I first seen this thread, I thought it was going to be the Ford GT LM featured in the opening credits of GT4. But, it's the road going version of the GT. Interesting to see it in these pictures.

And I meant no disrespect on calling the Ford GT plain without stripes. You know, kind of takes away from its looks. It's like taking away the orange color from the Gulf paintscheme from the "Ferrari slaying" GT40s of the 1960s. I kind of like the car either in red/white stripes or dark blue/white stripes.
