I am new here on GTPlanet, but I have actually been browsing the forums for a while now. I had to register so I could respond to some of the mayhem and fun that is normal here in the forums
One thing I noticed, even back in GT2 times, is that a lot of people don't like the GT40. I personally never knew it existed until GT2, but after driving the license test on GT2 with it, I loved it. For a MR car, it handles better IMO than most others in GT2. Now with GT3, the S-2 license test on Seattle II wasn't a problem for me. I never have a problem with oversteer. I do remember the NSX as my first taste of MR cars being a bit loose in the corners. I got S-2 after about 3 tries.
My question for everyone else is... Why do you like or dislike the Ford GT40?? I love it! Great overall performance and handling. I also seen the Detroit Auto Show, I want that beautiful yellow/black GT40 that Ford unveiled.
Finally, I have enjoyed the forums here as well as all the other information that is at my fingertips. Thanks to Jordan for a great one-stop shop for all my GT3 needs.
