Of the 200 RS200s made, only 24 were upgraded to be an Evo. The car had a larger air scoop than the regular RS200 thanks to a special 2.1 liter engine with turbo boost output of 420 bhp. Thanks to it's 4-wheel drive, the car set a world record for the fastest accelerating production car with a 0-100km time of 3.07 seconds (a record that stood for 12 years).
