An excellent car suggestion and one which I had missed up until now. This car with its classic 1950's styling and lovely sounding straight six engine should suit the cruisers, but add racing numbers, different wheels and a bit of tuning and you can have a replica of the car which won the 1959 British Saloon Car Championship in the hands of Jeff Uren - he was only beaten once in class C that year!

Below Jeff Uren (Privateer) leads David Haynes (Works Ford), Bill Blydenstein (Borgward Isabella), Les Leston (Riley 1.5) and a couple more Riley 1.5's at Brands Hatch in 1959.

If you are a rally buff - just add extra lights to create a classic rally car. Below the Ford Works team prepare their cars for the East African Rally.

Thanks Sick Cylinder, glad that you liked it! Nice pictures even if the cars on them are from other years, but it's the same car but with other front grille and position lights, that's only details :)
