You know there a fair few cars in GT3 that seem to have been forgotten. So I recommend you all buy them, fully tune them and appreciate them. Here they are:

Vauxhall VX220/Opel Speedster.
Lotus Esprit
Subaru Impreza Sports Wagon
Honda CRX Del-Sol
Nissan Skyline GT-R R33
Jaguar XKR
Acura 3.0
TVR Griffith 500
Mazda Demio GL-X
Audi S4

Give 'em a try. If I remember anymore, I'll post them.

The Lotus Espirit Sport looks like it came directly out of Fast and the Furious. Looks pretty sharp. And also, I hit over 260 mph with it!

I agree with rufrgt. I've got this game on two cards, one at 100%, and don't have a sngle "fully modded" car. The only car over 1K HP is the Escudo. Full tuning seems to be a given for some, but it just seems absurd to me. But again that's just me and how I like to play the game.

But yeah, on the forgotten cars. I'll often chose to run the "C" or "B" level cars, with very few upgrades and see how I do. Of course I like comparing, say the Integra, RSX, Celica, 240SX, etc etc against each other and seeing how they feel.

The cars that I like on the list:
R33 Skyline
S4
Espirt

mmm I wouldn't say those car were ever forgotten :shakehead

Maybe not everyone owns them, but anyone who has owned the game would surely remember them well? :gcar:

the S4 was the 4th car i bought. i love it.
IMO, the Esprit is the all-around coolest car in the game.
I like the Acura CL, but it takes 9 years to get from 60-100.

other than those, i can't understand why you'd want the other cars. they suck.

As far as "fully-tuned" cars go. I have a few that are "beasts" with over 1000 Hp.
I have many that are faster and easier to drive with 700 HP.
What the chassis can handle should be the guideline for modding.
You can own the PD cup with a Lotus Esprit with no probs. A GT-390 Nissan is much faster, but winning by 5 or 6 laps is only useful when you are in a hurry to win a certain car or make some quik-cash.
