In essence, I'm trying to create a new Formula series.

Try the above specs and let me know if it's something you would want to race.

I will try the specs later. I would recommend lower tires though. If you are trying to mimic something like formula 3, never heard of formula 5. Then the power should be resisted to 200, don't think that is posible though. GP3's power is also too low. GP2 would mean a power restriction of 580 bhp. How exactly do you plan to set the restriction for the down-force, if you do pp, then you cannot set hp or weight at the same time.

Formula 5 doesn't exist in real life. Thus trying to create it in GT5. I like your suggestion on lower tires and I've also realised that just -10 off default values of downforce still leaves plenty downforce. Might try it with a -25 or so and the Sports Soft.
