Formula Gran Turismo League - Preseason Race July 17th! -1 Spot Open

Welcome to the FGT Championship! [/SIZE]

Please join our Formula Gran Turismo League! If you are looking for a good FGT league we would be happy to have you. We have prizes too!

Rules: We follow GTP online racing rules. All entrants must be registered to GTPlanet.net. The cars must be completely stock (935 hp/ 550kg). Any type of racing tires are permitted. No aids except ABS 1 and traction control if you desire. Heavy damage. I will host practice rooms periodically when we are not racing.

In this series we use a rolling start. First lap is the pace lap. The procedure is as follows.
Qualifying will be for ten minutes. at the end of the qualifying the order will be written down by myself or a race steward. We will then get into a grid and take the pace lap. Once the pace lap is over the race begins.

July 3 Testing- Suzuka 25 laps
July 10 Testing- Rescheduled
July 17 Testing- Fuji F 25 laps
July 31 Race 1- Tsukuba Circuit 60 laps
August 14 Race 2-Indy Road Course 45 laps
August 28 Race 3- Monza 45 laps
September 11 Race 4- Nurburgring GP/F 45 laps
September 25 Race 5- High Speed Ring 50 laps
October 9 Race 6- Grand Valley 45 laps
October 23 Race 7- Suzuka 45 laps
November 6 Race 8- Daytona Road Course 35 laps
November 20 Race 9- Madrid 40 laps
December 4 Race 10- Indy 45 laps
December 18 Race 11- Cote de Azur (Monaco) 60 laps

The lap times may seem weird but I was guessing at trying to make these races 1 hour to 2 hours long with the exception of Monaco (Monaco will be longer as sort of a finale for the season).

Yeah, I've got one that makes 931, but thats the highest out of 4 of them I have. But none of mine are 0 miles either.

Yes, but sundays arn't good. I do FIA GT1 Sundays

I'm definitely in for the test race! Don't think Trial Mountain is ideal for FGT, I'd suggest Suzuka or something similar. But your the boss! Could also do with it being an hour earlier as I'm in the UK, looks like there is a few of us too!

See for the test race can we not do two smaller races just like a wee taste of things to come. I don't really feel up for a 50lap practise session, why not two 20lap races or four 10 lap races. I just feel 50 laps is pretty heavy going, I would rather have a bit of fun in the practise session and save the serious races for during the season.
