Formula One GT HELP

Hey. I have the F1 car and there is only one race that it fails me in: The race against other F1s, a.k.a. Formula One GT (under Extreme Events). HOW DO YOU BEAT THIS??? I have heard that you need to alter the gear ratios, but what specific numbers?

Thanks!

You don't necessarily have to alter the gear ratios. You just have to be able to handle the car. It's the only race in which you really have to drive it fast, if you can't do that, practise.

Some setup changes... take off the ridiculous toe at the rear wheels, turn off all driving aids (maybe TCS can be left at 1) and max the downforce. That should be a good starting point. Then drive practice laps one after another, tuning one thing at a time to see how it affects the handling. When the car is as good as you can get it, you're ready to race. If you still can't keep up, you're just too slow. Sorry to be blunt but that's how it is. In that case, keep practising. 👍

When I said it was in the wrong place, I didn't mean for you to copy it. there's a tool where you can move the thread (thread tools) to the right place. It also would have helped if you did use the search and FAQs.

What about racing in B-Spec mode? I'd rather do that. Anything I need to know about that?
First, get a good B-Spec driver. Then pray that he can do it. It's not even half certain he will win. You'll be best off running the races yourself, one per day or something like that. That way you'll make sure you stand some chance of getting the championship.
