Forum graphics all screwed up?

I haven't been here in a few weeks but when I returned yesterday I noticed some very strange things about this forum.

I've only been to the Grand Theft Forum and this one, but the forum graphics are all screwed up for me.

Instead of the "reply" icon at the bottom of posts, I can see a little yellow man icon. Instead of the :sly: smiley that should be with the others at the right of this edit box, I can see a thumbnail of a screenshot from the Vice City Record Book thread. Can anyone reading this message see a :sly: icon here or the screenshot? In place of the "search" icon at the bottom of posts I can see the "reply" icon which takes me to the search page.

Also, instead of the "add user to buddies" icon that should be at the bottom of each post, I can see the Avatar for user Spuds725. And I saw the icon for user SmallFryz somewhere odd too.

I'm using Firefox 1.0 under Windows XP if that helps.

I've opened up the forum in Internet Explorer and there's none of these problems. So it seems to be a problem with the forum in Firefox. I've never had this happen in Firefox in this forum before.

Well, that's hilarious, but I haven't seen any problems like that, no.
I've got FireFox 1.0.2 and everything looks normal.

Weird, this obviously the URL for the :sly: icon but it appears as a Vice City record book thumbnail shot for me. I'm going to try logging out and viewing this thread and logging back in to see what difference it makes.

Yup, I've got the same problem when I log out.

This is weird. I'll try to replicate the situation tomorrow. I'll be in the library of my local college and I have the option of using Firefox so I'll try it then.

Yup, I was about to take a screendump and post it, but I tried something else instead.

I cleared my Firefox temp internet files, history, cookies, stored passwords, etc. and everything on this forum is now back to normal.

It must have just been a temporary brain fart of Firefox on my computer. All is well now.

edit: But I'm still interested to know WTF happened and how avatars and sig graphics from the GTA forum got transferred to regular forum graphics. Oh well, it's okay now.

Bizarre! Sounds like your temporary internet files got corrupted somehow - I figured that would clear it up for you.

Yep, it was obviously a temporary files problem. When I accessed the site via the local college library it's fine and it's now fine with my own PC.
