Forum hiccups?

I noticed a while back with the new vBulliten that once in a while, the forums could not be accessed. It would only last a couple of minutes, but it gets annoying once it was interferring with me sending PMs and such.

Is anyone else noticing this or is it just me?

Apache on our server dies every hour or so, and it takes a minute or two to restart. This was the cause of everyone's downloads terminating while trying to get the Nurburgring video. I'm having a hard time fixing it because, well, nobody can seem to figure out what the problem is.
