Especially the front page of the GT5 forum, there seems to be an incredible amount of wasted space. Topics quickly fall off the front page, and out of sight, as just keeping up with Page 1 is almost a full time job!
Now, on my display, the entire front page of the GT5 forum is five page-downs long. But only TWO pages is actual posts! Three are taken up with a sub forum selector (could easily be on another page), and the ever increasing (and somewhat dated) 'stickies', and then at least a screenful of names of members online...
Surely a revamp of the forum structure could allow for at least DOUBLING (maybe tripling) of the main forum posts before they fall off the front page? Let's face it, if you really WANT to know if a member is online or not, looking it up on another page is not a big deal? Or, If the 'General Discussion' is one of the forum choices along with Q&A, Online Forum, etc., so displaying all of those doesn't take up space on the front page?
