The equivalent of the FBI in Canada is CSIS, an extremely competent organization. Canada also has a fairly strong reputation for producing some of the world's best sharpshooters. As long as we kinda know where the bad guy will be, then we're covered :sly:

So erm this guy apparently strolls through Toronto jacking wheels and parts off other cars. Exigeracer, if you see this guy totally snap pics of his ride or something!
 
Pfffffff, none of those kind of cats roll downtown. You know how long it has been since I've seen a Skyline? I go out to Markham or something and in a 15 minute span I'll see at least 4. None of those scrubs in Acuras down here! I'll keep an eye out for sure though.
