Forza 4 Garage Limit Still 550?

So apparently there is a 550 car garage limit in FM4. This is also apparently the same limit in FM3 as I've read online.

I hit the limit when trying to get every car in the game, plus all the DLC. I was two cars away (I think) from getting every car. I had to go sell some cars that are identical with different paint schemes. *glares at Audi*

I didn't count my cars to see if I'm at 550, but can anyone confirm this?

I didnt know there was a limit. Then again I always sell cars when I get over 40-50 because it is hard to manage more than that for me.
 
Yup. Ran into this problem some 5 weeks ago.
My problem now is that I have 120+ cars in the BID section that I won, and they expire after 30 days apparently. Setting ridiculous prices for the cars in the auction house an then leaving them in the my auction section as expired will be a temporary solution. Of course, that's assuming the servers come back online some time soon.

and of course hoping some hacker doesn't buy them all, and then you get banned!

must look at the number of cars I have, although I think I have a way to go.
 
That's one of the downsides but it hasn't happened yet. The prices aren't maxed out or anything over 20,000,000 so it shouldn't be a problem.
 
Bah- whats with the archaic features now a days? It's 2012 FFS things like this shouldn't be happening 👎 I have every car in GT5, just hit 1,100 actually with the new DLC and we all know how much RAM the PS3 doesn't have. What's Turn 10's excuse?
