No. It just means that Turn 10 has reached an agreement with EA. Has nothing to do with Polyphony Digital.
 
I simply do not believe it is true.

How can such things happen? We should have been warned, at least 42 days ago!

And what, they're probably going to charge for that right? Like what, 1800 points for example? For like 32 cars lets say? And additional events? Blasphemy.

I still do not beleive it is true. No way EA made an agreement with the Microsoft for the limited period of time when they do not have any of their games with Porsche on the market.

Sounds like a... lunacy. Blasphemy. Blasphemlunacy. That is what it is.

so does it mean that PD can finally try for a license and add some cars to gt5?

would love to see 991, new boxter, panamera and cayenne in gt 5.

Do a quick search, and you'll find countless threads about Porsche in Gran Turismo. Turn 10 had to justify the marketing before they paid, I'm sure PD did as well. It was easier for Turn 10, as having it while PD doesn't is a selling point for potential buyers new to the series, and/or people fed up with not having them in GT.

Our next chance will be for GT6 years from now.

No relation to GT5, already been covered (in the appropriate forum and at ForzaPlanet, no less), and is incredibly likely to start yet another flame war.
