Forza Horizon 3 on discount for black friday. Is it worth it?

Hello!

I've been a long time lurker of this site and just decided to make an account to ask this simple question:

Is FH3 worth the discounted price?

Standard edition is at $25, ultimate edition is at $63

I've wanted to buy FH3 since launch, but have been shooed away by the huge price of the ultimate edition and all that expensive DLC. I am wondering if it is worth getting it now or I have missed too much content, and if it is worth it, should I buy the stantard edition and the DLCs I want, or is there a pack that can get me the most for the least?
 
I would say the standard version is worth it. There’s plenty of content in the base game and in my view at least the DLC wasn’t that great. Plus the DLC packs are on sale often enough that if you decide to go for them later it won’t be that expensive.
