Well, I am looking for the difference between the E3 build and the product version, and trying to list features that do not actually exist. (This is not a list for criticizing PG)
Do you know any features not on this list?

Taxi business: No. It has not been added yet. (Source: IGN interview article)
Roof rack: No. There is no new thing besides the one attached to Transit FE (not body kit). (Source: AR12)
Pagani Zonda R FE: This car changed design from E3 build and lost exclusive two-face style livery.
Bentley Continental Coupe FE: Same as Zonda R FE. This car had an exclusive livery similar to the GT3 race car.
Ford M-Sport Fiesta RS: This car had different livery. It is not an actual team design, it is unknown why it was changed.
Forzathon shop: In Forzathon shop it was possible to purchase prize cars like Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. (They are likely to add these cars to the lineup in the future), And the price of these cars was set very cheap.
All Mitsubishi cars (including traffic Galant): they were deleted due to licensing problems with Mitsubishi. In E3 build can check the existence of Galant.
