Forza Horizon 6 - Cover Car, Car Count & List Guessing Game

It's that time!

With Forza Horizon 6 coming out next year (barring any delays!), I though we could play a little fun game on GTP.

Let's try guess the cover car(s), the car count and the amount of new to Forza cars at launch!

The cover car(s) is pretty self explanatory. Now obviously the last few Horizons have had two cars (one Hero car and one off-road vehicle), so please specify if you are just guessing the hero car or guessing for multiple cars on the cover.

Now with most Horizon game announcements, they've given us a rough number of the cars in the launch roster. For FH5, that number was 500.

Here is the historical numbers for launch (and post launch) Horizon car counts.

  1. Horizon 1 - 120ish cars at launch, 180+ after DLC
  2. Horizon 2 - Over 200 cars at launch, 300 + after DLC
  3. Horizon 3 - Over 350 cars at launch, 500+ after DLC
  4. Horizon 4 - Over 450 cars at launch, 750+ after DLC
  5. Horizon 5 - Over 500 cars at launch, 900+ after DLC
So that begs the question.. how many cars will FH6 launch with?

Another number (and list) we could guess as well (once the rough number of cars has been revealed, probably sometime early next year) is how many new to Forza cars Horizon 6 will have at launch.

Horizon 5 had 21 brand new to Forza cars at launch for reference.

So...get your guesses in below and whoever gets the closest - wins! I don't have a prize but it would still be a great honor!

My guesses for now are

Car Count: 600+

New to Forza Cars: 35

Cover Car (Hero): Lexus LFR

Car count: 1,000+ (everything from FH5 carries over, assuming there are no licensing issues, except the movie and promotional cars)

That car count won't happen as they need to hold back >100 cars to dripfeed weekly in the Forzathon.
 
550 cars with one famous brand that will go missing for some reason and about 30 new to-Horizon cars (with some potentially carried over from FM23 such as the Senna GTR and the 86 TRD SE) is my guess.

As for the cover cars, something japanese is my best guess at this moment. FL5 Civic and Toyota's newest supercar would be very appreciated by me. (would love for just one Horizon game to dial back the off-road spirit a bit)
