Forza Motorsport 2 Subforum

I was reading this in the Forza 2 thread, and they were thinking about a subforum. This game could be really something, with the oppourtunity to have its very own WRS, and a GTP auction house in there too!

That could be its own thread.... :D "For Sale By Owner"

Please consider this, it may not be necesary till the game itself comes out, but it would be a good idea, because it would take away from the clutter of the 360 forum. No hunting for FM2 threads. :)
 
Yeah, but I'm just thinking about how Gran Turismo and Forza are rivals, and adding a sub-forum will make it wierd for the so called Gran Turismo Planet, I don't know, just my thoughts... Could be a good idea though.
 
PS2 and Xbox, and GCN were all rivals, but that didn't stop those forums from opening now did it? ;)

Yep. Just post FM2 things here. Everything Grand Theft Auto goes in the GTA subforum, regardless of the platform it's on - the same should apply to Forza.

But the GTA system doesn't lie with 1 console's forum.

It lies in the Gaming in General area, and if that be the case, move Forza there.

But really, Forza isn't a huge franchise like GTA.
 
Another reason for that would be that if they were in a Forza subforum, it would just say Forza Motorsport 1 and 2. There would be no specification of which game it would be, which would be confusing.
 
Surely a Forza subforum inside the XB360 section will help to keep things tidy. There are going to be a few threads with car auctions, car clubs etc.
 
You'll find the new FM2 forum under "Xbox 360". :) Our upcoming reorganization will include better integration for the two different games.
 
This will work out best imo, I'm sure it was mulled over properly but there will probably be a good number of threads regarding Forza 2 over the coming weeks. That could easilly strangle out anything non-Forza related in the general 360 forum so 👍.
