Forza Motorsport on XBOX360 LIVE...PROBLEM

Hey guys im posting for a friend of mine. He just got an xbox360 and is trying to play forza ONLINE. It does not allow him to go to XBOX live on forza. Basicly what happens is, he goes into MULTIPLAYER and the XBOX Live button is not highlighted.

Has anyone ever had this problem?


he has everything connected properly and has been play GRAW on xbox live earlier...

Are you using a cheat name, which allows you to unlock or the cars or a cheat name, which even gives you a lot of money, or did you even use Xplorer360 to get a Forza save from an Xbox Memory card to an Xbox 360 Hard Drive or Memory Card.

naw everything is LEGIT. He just started playing the game all over again cuz he had it on his XBOX to. And now that he got the XBOX 360 hes playing it on there...

That's strange, but did the latest update fully install.
