Well probably not but it has been ported to the Direct x12 render path. (direct x12 is currently under development as a low..er level API)

God I would love to have Forza on PC. Being a PC guy myself.

Anyways thought this was an interesting tidbit.

Forza isn't going to PC, it was a demo to show the ease of porting Dx12 Games from Xbox to PC and visa versa

Give it a generation or so and PCs will be able to run Forza via Xbox emulators.
