frame by frame playback in replay-/photomode

As an enthusiastic ingame photographer I would love to see frame by frame playback in the replay menu.

Now it can be a pain to pause it at the perfect moment and if you miss it, you have to watch a whole section and try again. If frame by frame isn't possible, maybe fast-forward and slow-forward options can be added to give more playback control.
