Frame Rate Issues in S License

Anyone else hit by this when other cars go to pit? Like the game will freeze for a second and then go again but this can happen 4-5 times depending on how many cars hit the pits?

It's a nuisance, not game breaking but for a 21st century game in today's technology rich world? Come on PD...
