Framerate... will it get better anytime soon?

Dear Mr. Yamauchi,

GT5 had a pretty unstable framerate and now GT6 has got an even worse (tearing and huge frame drops when the engine is stressed)... I quit playing because of this.
Are you still working on it and can we expect a rock solid 60FPS in GT6 (on PS3)?

Many players are very disappointed by the sacrifice of framerate : VERY important point.

As for a rock solid 60 FPS on the ps3 while it's already pushed beyond it's limit I highly doubt they can achieve this.
