Free games

I tried to get my free psp games last night. I 'purchased' the free game ticket in the store then the screen timed out while I was deciding. When it came back there was 'no content found' and it's been like that ever since. So I'm without the free games and there appears to be no way to choose/download them anymore.

Any ideas?

Go to account management > transaction management > services list > PSN promotions. You should be able to get them from there.
