10mb is enough for my site. I store all my images on deviantART and link to them on my site.

Yeah, but you can only sign up for like 10mb. Then, if you have to request more space.

Rahaha, I got hosting through my friend, which is lucky considering the amount of ****ty free hosts around.

But I've used Brinkster, Tripod, Spaceports, Freewebs, Topcities, all sorts, and none have been good.

Although Topcities (http://www.topcities.com/) have a 150MB limit, I'm not sure about file size limits though, and they only have one ad, but they're recently changed that to one ad per page, .

It doesn't matter how big the file size allowed it, but of course, the bigger, the better. And reliability is important too...

My ISP only has like 10mb of webspace, and I don't even know how to access it.

My internet serice provider Xtra, it used to give out 20mb webspace but when it decided to merge with msn to forum xtramsn it makes you have those stupid msn communities.

www.x10hosting.com ads but 2.5 gigs space and 45 gigs bw (last check)
www.bizari.com Cpanel or zpanel (zpanel is 5 gigs space and 7 gigs bw)
www.250free.com (not that great..)


these are just several. I got my hosting from a friend. 2.5 gigs / 75 gigs bw

I'm using http://filefarmer.com/ recently. I can hotlink stuff, it has a lot of features, tons of space (3GB, 100GB/month), but the max filesize is only 35MB.
