Freezing again on seasonal races

This same thing happened to me for last seasonal event's races... I finish the race and the race results never come up, so I never earn any money and can't exit the race. It just autodrives my car around the track forever. When I bring up the XMB and stop the game altogether it says "Please Wait..." and then the sound for the pause menu happens and the game quits. Is this some sort of anti-grinding measure they put into these races? Because usually I can earn a few million and then it simply stops letting me finish the races. I'm sick of restarting my game, is there any way around it?

Sounds like a response to the 1.10 update. Many other people are getting the same thing while doing Seasonals, too. If it didn't happened before 1.10, then it is definitely a response to the update. The best fix right now is just quit the game or restart the console. Could be wrong, though.
 
The very same thing was happening to me when you finish 1 race and after collecting every thing straight away starting another race the second race u wont get anything also was happening when i was re doing some licences 1 thing that worked for me was to turn of my own music that worked for me bizzare.
