I know this has been mentioned b4 so please don't shoot the messenger.

Does anyone else agree the latest design/update is even more amateurish than the original?

Why not divide the front end screen into three sections. A-Spec B-Spec and Practise. This allows much more space to play around with within these sections.

Indeed, what is the point of the car delivery truck? Cars should automatically be shipped to the garage with a simple notification. There is also no need for the photo travel icon and should imo be in the left section.

Without the A-Spec, B-Spec, Practice, Car Delivery and Photo travel icons, the designers could simplify the design and make all icons the same size with some symmetry. Sheesh :banghead:

Never really gave it much thought.

However, I too have a distaste for the delivery truck. When I was doing the licenses and early special events I would just let the cars stack up because I hated having to redeem each ticket.

I don't hate the truck, I just hate the godawful music that goes along with it.

I'm not sure what you mean by original vs the most recent update. Do you mean GT5P compared to GT5? Or the new buttons the recent patch added?

Either way I like the main screen, but the truck could do with a faster/skippable animation.

The dishwasher in the house I rent is tan with brown fake wood up top. waaaahhh.

I find humour in some of these pissant little complaints..

If you're gonna bitch make sure to bitch about something that matters, ie - no damage in offline, seriously lacking leaderboards, crap XP and CR levels, 80% of the cars being standard..

So much better stuff to complain about that will actually affect the way the game plays.

how are you the messenger of your own opinion? you're not the messenger, you just came to whine about the menu screen...

or you have a mental illness, which would explain making a thread about something, you know (read quote) has been mentioned before.

Seriously, it should all be symetrical?
The only thing I agree with is getting rid of car delivery, meaning they can spread out the online dealer, seasonal events and online buttons.

I'm more than happy with the menu design on the GTLIFE menu. It's one of the few areas that looks stylish and modern.

The current design seems to be fine. Though I still miss the "world map" from previous GTs. And prize cars should be delivered straight to your garage. It is sometimes tiring to redeem tons of prize cars and watch the animations...
