It sounds like a short way of saying "Yes, I know that the front page could use some work, but then there's lots of things going on that are at a higher priority right now, and I could probably name at least 500 such items right now. So it'll be done sometime. Note, sometime means some time. Anyone who needs further explanation of this should probably brush up on the whole rainbow/crock-of-gold relationship."
