froze game

when i was doing a mission and was like 5 feet from the blue area i was to stop in i was being chased by the cops. A copper grabbed my door handle and opened it a bit, as he was opening it i stopped at my finish sport. And the cop left i got out and just stood there, i couldn't move and i had to reset the game. Have any of u found different ways to freeze/screw it up.

Yeah GTA3 freezes for me all of the time! It happens the most when I'm flying then I flip over - everything gets "echoey" and brown and if I spin too fast the game freezes... I do too many things sometimes and the game freezes - like changing radio while being chased by cops and crashing and whatnot. The game usually freezes for me once ever time I play.

if u go to your local "BlockBuster" they probably have a used one for about 30 bucks.

I found that the game froze a lot for me when i flew the tank too high.... I guess i went too high up off the map.
