Has the usual scuffs and scrapes on the lid, but its like 2-3 years old, what do you expect?

And it has a Vista Home Premium OEM sticker on the bottom of it, so it has a legit CD key. It's up to you to find a copy of Vista home premium basic, but it does come with a CD key. PM me for other OS options
