I can turn my boost up to a 30psi limit and still get good milage............ How?...... by not driving it on boost.

If I drive on 15psi then bump it to 21psi I will get bad milage either way.

Hmm..

Well that's a 1.8 I4 engine...so I think the fact that it only displaces 1.8L helps with the mileage.

Yeah... but I think I may be running lean now. Because I don't stay out of the boost. I bought the 1.8T for a reason:) dun dun dun... I'm going to have to log the fuel trims now.....
:nervous:

if all you add is boost, your milage shouldnt change much.
and you will run lean.
factory ecu's don't add much more fuel than stock, even when they detect higher a/f ratio's, because, well, they don't.

read my last post. it's true. It really, really is.
(i.e., your car isnt a factory freak)

LOL I never read your post in the first place, I saw the first few saying pretty much any modification will hurt the milage and posted.
