There needs to be an option to only get fuel on bspec pit stops cause i see no need to change all four tires if i only need the fuel to complete.

Also is there a way to change all measurements in the game to standard instead of metric units ,cause its irritating to me lol.

I think you can only change between mph and kph, check the options menu.

And I don't see what your problem is with the tyres? They're changed before you have refuelled anyway so it's not like you are losing any time?
 
The refuel takes to long. This is the only real problem that I see in the pits. IRL Nascar pit stops average about 12-14 seconds. In GT5 they take over 1 minute.
 
all im saying is some measurements are in metric and some are not.

i want them all the same.

Maybe we should measure weight in stone and speed in furlongs per fortnight. :lol:

I was hoping to measure speed by LPM (Leagues Per Moon). Or maybe an Endurance race that lasts for six horizons. :sly:
 
Come on, guys... how hard would it be to convert ALL metric units to Imperial ones throughout the game? Few lines of code, tops. If my car has a mph speedo, I want to know its' length in feet. I want it's weight in lbs. I want the track temperature in ºF (I wish that was factored into tire wear!).

If the shoe were on the other foot, and an American game gave you ONLY speed as a metric measurement, and everything else was Imperial, you'd feel entitled to complain, wouldn't you..?

Be nice that your pit crew got faster the more you use them, too. Might help those slow stops, eventually.

Maybe we should convert? I remember back in the 70's talk about converting to metrics here in the USA. Still has not happened completely. I prefer mph just because I am use to it and lazy. I think I am going to change to metrics maybe it's time to change. PD's probably thinking maybe they can educate us? IMHO :nervous:
