Full lap replays...not full?

I saved like 3 enduro replays, but when i watch them they cut off short. After racing the enduro's again i am now certain that the replays cut off at the point where it says "replay saved" while your racing. Yet when i go to watch the replay after words i see it says the full amount of time and number of laps for the whole enduro. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to make the replay continue past the "replay saved" point?

I don't believe so. I think the Replay limit is 70 minutes or so. The longer Enduros get cut off.

havent you noticed when you do a long enduro that it will say "replay file saved" (or something to that accord) that is when the PS2 runs out of memory for storing the replay.

Why would you want to watch an enduro anyway or do you like seeing yourself go round the track on your own for 2 hours?

yes, if you read my post you will see where i said that i saw it say "replay saved". as for wanting to watch myself for 2 hours, no. But alot of times i find myself reading or doing somthing else and i like to see a nice race goin when i look up from wutever it is that i am doing. its a pain in the ass to have to load a new replay everytime one ends, so a whole enduro would last plenty long :p

sorry bout that I had a bit of brain fade there, about leaving the replays on I used to do that on the first GT on the SSR11 enduro, I used to leave it running all the time on my PC as a sorta screen saver. Im assuming you cant extend the replays any longer than that. I think there is allot more data for the PS2 to record than on previous GT games. Do you know if this happened on GT2 as well?

don't know, with GT2 i was so busy doin the actual races i never had the chance to watch any replays. man that game rocked, too bad it's so ugly to my eyes now :D

He he When I started playing GT2 after a long GT3 session my mind makes up for the graphical descrepancys, and allows me to still race. I just imagine the extra scenery is there and it allows me to race in GT2 :D
