Full size images on Google Chrome for Mac

Hi. When I browse Google Images on Chrome for Mac, how do I open an image in it's full size, without visiting the image's host page? When I used to click "View image" on other computers, it would take me to a page with just the image, and not the host website. How do I get this instead?
