Fullscreen Splitscreen on GT5

Hi, this has probably been asked before but I haven't been able to find anything about it anywhere. I recently got a new passive 3d TV and was wondering if GT5 has the ability to do this? I have not had the chance to try the game in 3d yet anyway but would be helpful to know.

It looks as though my tv can't do this then as it is a Panasonic but thanks for pointing me in the right direction 👍
