WOW:eek: Good game! Just picked it up Yesterday. And I can tell you as an Infantryman, this game is pretty damn realistic. Sure, it has flaws, but I think it's the best Squad based combat sim out there. Rainbow Six can kiss this games @$$!!

So let's talk about it.

Rainbow Six and Full spectrum are completely different games.

I do have a game pass at block buster so I'll check it out after my fun with Riddick :)

I have to rent FSW. Looks amazing with the whole MOUT training style. BTW how is riddick? I played a demo but it was real short and gave me an on-rails feeling, but still impressive.

WOW, thanks for pointing that out. What I am saying is that none of Tom Clancy's games can simulate Squad based combat as good as this. And, in R6, you really have no control over your other team members anyways. They are just there for when you die you have someone else to control.

Oh and BEWARE, this game is NOT Two player!!! The case LIES!! it is X-Box live multiplayer only. In fact i'm going to complain about this to them.

Is this game something like SOCOM for the PS2?If it is then i ain't getting it.

It pretty much defies description for the time being. No, its not really like Socom, unless by "the same" you mean it involves the U.S. military. Think of it more as an RTS/strategy game, except...it's not. You don't control a character directly, you order them around like an invisible God-lieutenant. Tell em where to go for cover, when to open fire, blah blah blah. The camera is close in on the action, but not directly attached to a character. I would call it an infantry sim. It was supposedly develloped as an aide to the U.S. army training division, then got turned into a video game along the way. I'm renting it today.

well then technically it is multiplayer

No. My point is that it says "1-2 players" on the box. 2 people CANNOT play my copy of the game. It should say "1 player", and then also say "X-Box live capable" get it?

and kinigitt gave probably the best description there is. It's not like any other game before it.

I just bought this game...pretty sweet so far, Ive only done the training so far (or at least most of it) I had to quit cuz i have to go to work in a few minutes :irked: so now i'll have to do it over again, but oh well, its good practice. cant wait to get into the actual game :)

I was thinking about buying it, but Gamespot's review was a downer and turned me off to it. I might get it for PC when it comes out for PC.

Me and a friend were playing the live co-op last night, i must say this is a GREAT feature (especially since my friend lives in IL....haha) one person has control of alpha and the other has control of bravo and you pretty have play thru the game like normal. its just sweet to not have to worry about 2 teams at once. and whatever you do online gets transfered to your single player game also

Gamespot is useless. Try it out.

I bought it this weekend, but I havent got past the training (too much Riddick). I was either gonna buy this or Riddick, so I dropped the cash on this one and opted to rent the latter (because I heard it's short enough to beat in a few days.)

IGN and Maxim gave it pretty high scores. I'll wait for the PC version.
