Maybe this is a newbie questions. But I ask anyway.

Should I buy fully customized parts, when I not going to adjust any of the settings? Understand of course that there is a money issues involved. But put that aside.

I think the car handling characteristics.

Best leave everything stock then if you can't afford FC Susp/LSD/Transmission or if you're not going to adjust the settings.

Most cars handle great stock.

So the default settings on fully customisable suspension is not usable? And it will be better with racing suspension soft / hard?

What about the brake kit, it is useful?

Edit: Forgot to write in a essential word

I like getting full race suspension but try to avoid the race trans as the noise is rather annoying. There's never really any need for any fully customizable parts.

Well the settings in stock form on the suspension are different from the settings unchanged on the Fully Custom suspension. The racing soft/hard suspensions are another option if you want different results without manually adjusting the FC suspension.

And the brakes are stronger with the Racing Brake kit, but most cars don't find it essential.

I find that if a car is prone to losing traction too easily, a Limited Slip Differential is the only adjustment needed.

The fully customisable suspension is generally better than the stock suspension but i'm not sure if it's better than racing: hard or racing: soft.

Buying any transmission kit is generally better than stock, as a lot of cars waste their last gears with a huge top speed.

Hope this helps.

I love the fully adjustable transmissions. Especially for high speed tracks, as sometimes the car's top speed is just too low without adjusting the final gear ratio.

So I should buy fk suspension, even if I does not make any change to the setings.

I have seen that on some of tune setups, which can be found here on GTPlanet. It have be changed a lot on the settings compared to default on fc suspensions. And that makes me wonder...

Or have settings so little to say, that if you want to change the handling of the car. You need to change the settings a lot?

Little settings changes can have big differences, but some cars need big settings changes to handle well. Try out some of the setups on the forums to see how it feels.
