Fully customizable transmission help

I'm racing and old school camero and the changed the tranny to fully customizable but don't know where to change the ratios. I could do it on all the other gt games but where do I do it on this one? I'm stuck on a race because I'm bouncing off rev limiter.
 
You can't change individual gear ratios until extremely late in the game. You should still have a top speed slider that you can adjust though.
