As the title states, how do I change individual gears using a fully customizable transmission. They're all greyed out on all the cars I own.
A lot of the default ratios aren't set up terribly well as the goal is to balance area under the power curve and the ratios are often too close for wide powerband engines and too wide for small powerband engines.
