What cars do you think are the most fun to drive and which are just plain dull?

i like driving lower pp cars that are normally standard on road tyres, and some stupid fully engined tuned cars that have standard suspension and tyres, few i think are really good:
mk1 subaru impreza's /mitsu evo's
toyota ae86
bmw m3 csl
audi rs4
280hp peugeot 106 gti -- absolute weapon

i find cars that are fully tuned and lightend with racing soft tyres boring and there to easy

I had a load of fun yesterday in a stock Daihatsu Storia CX 4WD, I was impressed with its energetic engine, ran it around some narrow custom tracks. Put a big smile on my face. Inspired I tried the same thing with a Nissan Cube X 98, yaaawwwwnnnn, seems to be set up more for highways than the twisty stuff.

most fun = Supertouring/GT500/GTR race cars
Most boring = slow touring cars try the STUPID prius touringcar :p

Also lots of fun trying to tame Mclaren F1 or Zonda R on nordschleife. (only abs1)

Fun- for me is a stock sls amg on cs tires
Dull- Hybrid cars except the crz. That isn't too bad

It does depend on your driving style and what kind of taste you have toward cars in the game... Basically I like the ones with swift response because they can minimize the jitter when I'm in a terrible mood annoyed at some trouble or tiresome matters, the cars with dull response don't go with like that as they only make me feel more irritated while I'm in an awkward situation.

Just bought the Honda NSX type R and it feels great to drive right out of the dealership. It's really well balanced. I'm disappointed that I didn't buy it sooner.

Other fun cars off the top of my head:
-Lotus elise '04 RM and the normal 111r
-Mazda Furai
-Mclaren mp4-12c- I don't know why people are complaining about this car. I just tuned the suspension and differential a little and it's a pretty nice car to drive and it feels like the F1 (IMO easier than the Mclaren F1 which I find really challenging).
-Autobacs Arta Garaiya (Underrated car imo)

Boring cars:
- HPA FT565 twin turbo Audi TT- power understeer and too easy to drive
- most FF and AWD cars

Im sorry but ABS 1 is boring.. no ABS is a mans job!!

I find the "Supercars" on Sport Soft tyres are just amazing fun!!

You get the best feel for those types of cars on they tyres, in my opinion ofcourse.

I was having fun in my Fiat Panda online yesterday. That thing is quick!

Fun cars are good in enduros... I used a McLaren F1 to win the 24h of Nurburgring!

Try a fully tuned Lamborghini Countach LP-400 with soft racing tires, its one of my favorite cars in the game, the handeling is so acurate, but you'le still be able to have fun with it :)

True that!!

The Ford GT MKIV on La Sarthe 2005 (NC) on Racing hard tyres with no aids (no ABS!) is a lot of fun.
Also the Ginetta G4 on Sports tyres is good fun.
Any muscle car (my choice GT350r) around Laguna Seca on sports tyres is good fun as the bumps and corkscrew really throw the back end out.

The Honda Beat with 100hp, SH tyres and no aids (except ABS) is REALLY fun. It slides all over the place, in a good way.

Alfa Giulia TZ2 is FUN

Super GT SC430's are BORING to drive though.

Fun=first time in a x1
Boring=every other time in a x1

Soooo Soooo true!! I remember when I first started the vettel challenge...

Man I'd sure like to hear about your setup on the MP4-12C, I can't get that thing to handle worth a darn. I want to like that car, but just haven't been able to get it to handle well at all. I find the F1 to be much more drivable.

my tune is a mild tune: suspension, differential, and Sport Soft tires (I haven't tried driving with sports hard much since this car is already quite hard to drive). The car is still a little understeery, but it doesn't really detract from the handling.

You could try looking in the tuning forums for a tune. I'll try to post up my tune on the tuning forums if you want. The next time I'll be able to play GT5 is in about 3 weeks though.

Alfa Romeo GTV 24V, so good stock. great throaty engine.

One of the most fun cars in my opinion to drive on Nürburgring is the Roadster TC.

Yall should give the C63 AMG a shot fully tuned. Its like godzilla is under the hood trying to kill you. Completely fun.

Fun cars for me include: LFA, C63 AMG, My Alfa Brera 'WMD Edition' ;), SLR Mclaren etc
Mainly because whenever I press the R2 button in I turn into a little kid from the noise. ":D OMG WOW!"

I have the most fun in the classic American car's. Mostly the Dodge Charger 440 R/T '70. I love that huge boat!

I also really enjoy the Ferrari 599 '06, Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG '08, Dodge Challenger R/T RM '70, and the Chevrolet Camaro Z28 '69.

The worst car I've found to drive is the Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 '70. It's got such a powerhouse, but such a bad transmission. That thing should rip though the high speeds. I've been trying to tune it out so that it feels better, but so far my Charger 440 is smoking it in the time trials.
