Could be.. Personally I think they were just acting in front of the camera. They looked pretty non-drugged to me.

They were acting. Extremely poorly too. They weren't even screaming. It was more like a laugh.

These two kids are asshats. The asshat in the foreground is Leader of the Asshats, and the kid in the background is Shy Asshat. It's totally acted out and totally moronic.

Either that or they're both mentally handicapped.
