Sadly, KotH is still scheduled to die:
A spokesperson for 20th Century Fox Television confirms that the cable net has ordered 26 new episodes of Matt Groening and David X. Cohen's late, great animated series to air beginning in 2010. The studio cites Futurama's "blockbuster" performance on DVD and in reruns on Comedy Central as the reason for its rebirth.

Now, lets hope they can keep the quality up, so it doesn't turn into Family Guy (a dozen decent episodes, than nothing after but complete crap).

This is going to be awesome, I loved Futurama and still watch them to this day. Always funnier than the Simpson's for whatever reason, maybe because it didn't grow stale. I look forward to this.

And King of the Hill? Meh I never really got into it that much.
 
Awesome, I always love Futurama. Now I do have a concern though, seeing that the Simpsons are becoming a bit stale, do you think Matt has come up with new ideas for Futurama, or is he just going to use the same rehashed ideas from the past.
 
Hey, I enjoyed the pro American King of the Hill, it was loads better than Mike Judge and Greg Daniels' Beavis and Butthead.
 
Woo hoo, more times of hearing Bender going "BITE MY SHINY METAL ASS!", can't wait!! :D

New Episodes of Futurama to Premiere in June
Last year, news broke that Comedy Central had ordered up new episodes of Futurama to air in 2010 (with all of the original voice actors). Well, guys, it is totally 2010, the year we make contact and the year we get to watch new Futurama episodes. And now it's been announced that the first 12 episodes will begin airing in June with more to follow. That's like three months from now. Get excited, nerds!

This is going to be awesome, Futurama is one of the best animated shows out there.
