Will this game run fine on it, like with high settings and resolution (1024x768, a bonus if 1280x1024)? I'm very picky with games and like a good framerate, especialy on PC's. I don't want to buy it and find it runs like crap and I've wasted my money.

Spend a bit more money you can pick up a 128MB 9800 pro for under £100 now these days.

I don't want to upgrade, I just want to play and go as the PC is my Dad's.

Don't go anywhere near 5200s, they are awful cards, it wont run GTA very well on the higest settings.

I would recomend one of these, I have one in a new computer i've just built, its a bargain for the price, it should run GTA3, and most other games flawlesly on the highest settings.

Some of the lastest, most demanding games, such as BF2, wont run well on the higest settings, but the performance on lower settings will be pretty good.

Ah, OK then, I just thought I'd ask because nothing came up on Google.

I would play it on my Laptop (9600 Pro), but there is no demo of the game and my Laptop with games is either works or plays up.

Buy the game and test it. If it doesn't work very well then take it back. Don't try this with Game though, they hate it.

I'm ordering the game online, so I can't take it back. If I buy it from the local store, they won't accept PC games back either because of the amount of times people have brung their games back. So I have to be sure...

i agree with TVR&Ferrari_Fan. Get the 9800 pro. Way more bang for your buck.

I don't think I'll get the game now, as I don't really want it because I have the PS2 San Andreas. 💡 Why didn't I think of that before... :dunce:
