I have been looking into several modifications for my G25 online and I'm hoping some folks here have some experience or knowledge to let me know what is worth installing.

Leo Bodner's G25 Adaptor http://leobodnar.com/products/DFPG25conn/
- States that you get much more control over throttle, clutch and most importantly braking. Also because it separates the pedals from the wheel, you also get more responsive wheel input.
- It is a USB box that plugs inline.
- It talks about calibration in Windows. Will this work with the PS3?

Nixim Brake Mod http://www.nixim.com/pedmod.html
- States that it changes the G25 brake pedal into a progressive pedal, which means the harder you press it, the harder you brake, just like a real car.
- It is a block of rubber that fits in your brake pedal spring.

Apelectrix Brake Mod http://www.apelectrix.com
- States that it allows a more realistic action of braking by offering mechanical resistance similar to the amount found on a real car.
- It replaces the potentiometer and spring mechanism in the Logitech pedal assembly.
- It does state that it works with the Leo Box.
- Would the Nixim mod work with it, or would it be a choice of one or the other?

Chilicoke Reverse Pedals http://chilicoke.com/mods/reversepedal.htm
- Are there any know issues with the 3 above modifications if you remove your pedals from the original mounting and perform the Chilicoke mod?

Other G25 Modifications
- Ar5e there any other modifications for the G25 setup that you would recommend?

Thanks all.

The Perfect Pedal, costs $250 and replaces the brake with an oil filled brake for a better, more realistic feel.

I have one of these and for what it cost £3.50 or something im very happy with it. I do drive a car IRL and its a pretty close feeling to a real brake pedal.

I know its not exactly FFB braking but like I say for under a fiver Im well happy!

About the Nixim brake mod: it makes the pedal really firm as promised, but it doesn't work on my playseat. You have to press so hard that it makes the pedal plateau of the seat bend and squeek, you need a very rigid pedal support to really benefit from it.

I do think it is a very simple but good mod however if your setup can handle the force.
