G25 or G27

Hi guys I've been using a DFGT for well over a year now and am looking to upgrade so I am interested in peoples views in which one to get as I've heard little bad reports from both. Would love a fanatec but it's a bit pricey as I've only got £200 to spend as the mrs would go psycho :lol:

Both are equal is less noisy the G27, is cheaper the G25
 
They stopped support (obsolete) for the G25 so I would go with the G27. If something happens to your G25, if you have one, you would be out of luck in terms of parts (except transferable parts from the G27).

I've had my G27 for over 3 years now (since Prologue release) and never had an issue with it, still strong as ever. I haven't ever had the need to open it up either, except to mod my shifter. Fine piece of hardware in my opinion.

Never had parts for the G25, don't think they have them for the G27 either. Now as for which one you can find should be just fine. I've had my G25 about 2 weeks after they came out only thing I've done to it is change the way I bolted it to rig (reverse mount pedals).

also what happens if your car is 7 speed but gear shift is only a 6 speed,plus is the clutch realistic ie can you stool it and ride the clutch???
 
Hi there, I actually have a G25 that I'm selling now. Basically I bought it with the best intentions of using it, and used it a few times, but then it's spent most of its time packed away as I just don't get the time for gaming much anymore since moving in with my girlfriend. 👎

Anyway, if you're interested in a barely used G25 in "as new" condition still with the original box and all accessories, then let me know. Even the box is still as new, because it's been carefully packed away in the loft. I'm just generally very careful with everything, so I can assure you it's all in great condition. 👍

Anyway, if you're interested let me know. If not, no worries! :)
