G25 Pot Replacement Question

It feels like I am delaying the inevitable, ever since I start playing GT5 with my G25 I notice through the throttle and brake position display that they starting to develop some kind of fluttering sometimes at full travel or when you are completely off the pedal. First the gas than the brake. I swapped the actual pedal assembly(and then swap the springs) from clutch to gas and that seem to have solved the gas issue(for now), but now the brake seems to start acting up. I know you can buy replacement Pot for the pedals, but are there any instruction as to how to install them?

Sometime a simple cleaning can help the situation. And by cleaning not only do you clean the pedal housing but also all the contacts/connectors. I had the same problem about a year after getting the G25. After removing all the dust/dirt from around the pedal (in the housing), I use a contact cleaner (or even Isopropyl alcohol).

The best way to clean any contact is to remove the spade connectors, apply the contact cleaner- I normally use Q-tip- and slide the connector in and out a few times.
