G25 problems

I can use shifter when I leave the pits until I use the clutch, I try to make my next shift after using the clutch and it just goes into neutral until I use the paddle to select a gear. Then the shifter works fine again until I use the clutch then on my next gear change it goes to neutral again and can't find any gears,, please help lol
